NJS Designs is a small independent branding and web design studio based in the UK. This policy covers the information handled through this website. For any privacy question, email enquiries@njsdesign.co.uk.

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, any phone number, business name and project details you choose to include, plus the options you tick.
• Client portal: the access code you enter. It is checked on our server and is not linked to your name or stored against you.
• Email: anything you send us directly.

Solely to reply to your enquiry, quote for work, and deliver a project you have asked for. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.

Enquiries are stored in a secured database that only our server can read, and a copy is sent to us by email from notify.njsdesign.co.uk. The website and its database are hosted by our infrastructure providers on our behalf; email delivery is handled by our email provider. All are bound to process the data only for us.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to paid work are kept for up to 6 years, as UK tax rules require.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the storage strictly needed to make the site and client portal work is used.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@njsdesign.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
